Publicador Aitorconia: Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026.

This Privacy Policy applies only to Publicador Aitorconia, a free web tool available at https://aitorconia.com/app/tiktok/ that lets a TikTok user connect their own TikTok account and publish videos they choose to that account. The Terms of Service of the tool are on a separate page: Publicador Aitorconia Terms of Service.

2. Data we receive from TikTok

When you connect your account through TikTok's official authorization flow (Login Kit), and only after you approve it on TikTok's consent screen, we receive:

• Your TikTok account identifier (open_id), display name and profile picture (scope user.info.basic).
• The access token and refresh token issued by TikTok, needed to keep the connection open.
• The posting options of your account returned by TikTok before each post: available privacy levels and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed.

We do not access your private messages, your followers, your existing videos, other accounts or any third-party content.

3. Data you provide

• The video file you select for publishing.
• The caption, privacy level, comment, Duet and Stitch settings and the commercial content disclosure you choose for that video.

4. How we use the data

• To show you which TikTok account is connected before you publish.
• To upload and publish to your account the video you select, with the settings you choose (scopes video.upload and video.publish, TikTok Content Posting API).
• To show you the status of each post.

Nothing is ever posted automatically: every post requires an explicit action from you in the tool. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

5. Storage and retention

• Your tokens and profile data are kept only in an encrypted session cookie in your own browser. They are not stored in any database on our servers.
• The session cookie expires after 24 hours at most, and is deleted when you click Disconnect.
• Your video is sent to TikTok and is not kept on our servers after the upload.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. The only recipient is TikTok itself, which receives your video and settings in order to publish them, and processes them under its own privacy policy.

7. Revoking access and deleting your data

• Click Disconnect in the tool: we revoke the access token on TikTok and delete the session cookie.
• Or remove the app in TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services.
• To request deletion of any data, write to aitor@aitorconia.com with the subject "Data deletion". We answer within 30 days.

8. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to aitor@aitorconia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The legal basis for processing is your consent when you connect your account, and the performance of the service you request when you publish.

9. Security

The tool is served only over HTTPS. Session data is encrypted and signed, and tokens are never written to logs or files.

10. Children

The tool is intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

Our use of TikTok APIs complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
