Publicador Aitorconia: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Publicador Aitorconia, a free web tool available at https://aitorconia.com/app/tiktok/. How we handle your data is described on a separate page: Publicador Aitorconia Privacy Policy. By connecting your TikTok account you accept these terms.

2. The service
Publicador Aitorconia lets you connect your own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and publish to it, through the TikTok Content Posting API, the videos you select, with the privacy level, comment, Duet and Stitch settings and the commercial content disclosure you choose. The service is free of charge.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid TikTok account. You may only connect an account that you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Your obligations
- You only publish content you own or have the rights to publish.
- Your content complies with the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Terms of Service.
- You disclose branded or promotional content when required, using the commercial content option of the tool.
- You do not use the tool to send spam, automate mass posting or access other people's accounts.
5. What we do not do
We never post without your explicit action, never edit your content and never access other data from your account than the one described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. It depends on TikTok's APIs and may be interrupted or changed if TikTok changes or limits them. TikTok may also reject or remove content under its own rules.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the content you publish, for decisions taken by TikTok about your account or content, or for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using the tool at any time with the Disconnect button or by removing the app in TikTok. We may suspend access in case of misuse of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with its effective date.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Zaragoza, Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's right to go to the courts of their place of residence.
